"The Real SOCOM" Podcast Episode 4

Yes finally!

Great episode this week. Me and Hellman give our impressions on the public beta, what our thoughts are on other people's opinions, I read some comments off the blog, and we also have a map of the week. Enjoy!

P.S. Don't forget to listen all the way to the end, where I express my love for one of gaming journalism's finest.

Awesome podcast!, I hope you do lots more.

Do you have a realsocom email that we could send questions/comments to?

Great podcast again guys.

I have been playing with the OTS view and it seems to work good. I have played a lot of GRAW and RAINBOW 6 so maybe that's why.

Also, I do not think the game will get delayed because the 14th does not have the competition other dates in the fall do. Only Saints Row 2 and Dead space are being released in that week.

Hey man, Gundam_S from PSU. Great, no, scratch that. Amazing podcast. The best I've heard. I mean, seriously, this is what it's all about. Talking about SOCOM haha. Keep it up I subscribed to you on iTunes. I expect more Hellman and Canadian :) I'm at the part where Hellman says people have already stopped listening. I'm still listening lol

Nice podcast. Pretty much spot on. Though, I will say that I like the armor levels (light/medium/heavy) and whole encumbrance system in general. It's a nice bit of balance *and* variety to the gameplay. Light is obviously faster but you get taken down easier. Likewise you can go heavy and get a machine gun and RPG or whatever but you will be a sitting duck. Turns it more into a chess match, and allows us as players to play the game in a way suited to us. I think it's a brilliant addition.
